Bay Colony has some of the best Amenities on the Delmarva shore! We're located directly on the Indian River Bay and provide multiple board walkways to access our amazing bay beach. We also have a large Marina with boat ramp launch and gated access. If you're a water person; then you will love our custom pool and deck area with large hot tub included. We also have multiple tennis and pickleball courts and a large clubhouse for meetings, events, parties, and club gatherings.

The clubhouse is connected to the pool, and tennis and pickleball courts. Each entryway is keyed with a card entry system that members can access with their provided key card.

Meetings, events, parties, and club gatherings are held here daily.

Bay Colony Pool & Hot tub

A hot tub is also available to members and guests.

The Bay Colony pool is connected to the clubhouse. Each entryway is keyed with a card entry system that members can access with their provided key card. The pool season is from the end of May until the beginning of September.

Please review the rules posted around the pool area for proper usage of the hot tub.

Our Tennis and Pickleball courts are connected to the clubhouse. Each entryway is keyed with a card entry system that members can access with their provided key card. The courts can be used year round.

Multiple boardwalks that reach the Indian River Bay beach.

Each board walk is located on Indian River Drive. These access-ways are regularly maintained yearly and allow every resident safe access to the bay beach. Residents and guests are encouraged to park all vehicles on the road and not on grass lawns.
